Hi there, I created YourFitFriend for the individual who wants more out of their fit lifestyle than just going to the gym for 1-2 hours a day, eating a strict diet, avoiding friends and family to workout or sticking to your meal time, etc.

We’ve all been there, doing everything we can to adhere to our fitness regimen to the point it gets obsessive. I certainly have and I can personally tell you, it’s damaging to your social life, mental health, physical health, and simply – you.

I can’t begin to tell you how much I’ve changed since I picked up my very first weight at the gym, and though it’s mostly been positive, some negatives came into light. I’m here to share my stories, thoughts, and motivation so that you can achieve the fit lifestyle that you want, as well as, the freedom to continue living your life without the strict restrictions of a fit lifestyle.
